This agreement governs your use of the z999 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on z999.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction to hold a z999 account. Age is verified at registration and again at the point of withdrawal.
All z999 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are accepted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.
Bonus funds credited to your z999 account are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of errors — results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Use of automated software, bots, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited. z999 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold balances where prohibited conduct is detected. All decisions taken under this clause are final.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which z999.bet holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority for any dispute arising from your use of the z999 platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By completing the z999 registration process, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and z999 relating to your use of the Platform.
2.3 z999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 below. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact z999 support at [email protected] to close your Account.
3.1 To be eligible to hold a z999 Account and use the Platform, you must at all times:
3.2 z999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 72 hours of a request will result in Account suspension pending review.
3.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. z999 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions from which it is accessible.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or other identifying factors), z999 reserves the right to close all but one Account and void all associated Wagers and Balances.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. z999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 You must notify z999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.5 KYC verification documents — which may include a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address — must be submitted upon request and must be provided before any withdrawal is processed. z999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
5.1 Currency. All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, Wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in PKR.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. z999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. z999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your z999 Account immediately upon confirmation of the mobile transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval, though z999 does not guarantee any specific processing time.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. z999 reserves the right to set and amend these limits at any time.
5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. z999 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. z999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, as notified to the Account holder.
6.1 All Wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable to that product, as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of placing the Wager.
6.2 A Wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. z999 is not liable for Wagers that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.
6.3 z999 reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted in error, including but not limited to circumstances where:
6.4 In-play betting markets are offered at the sole discretion of z999. Market availability, odds, and limits during live events may change at any time and without notice. z999 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets for any specific event.
6.5 Maximum win limits apply to certain games and markets as displayed within the Platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the theoretical outcome.
6.6 All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by independently audited random number generators where applicable. z999 does not influence the outcome of any game.
7.1 z999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds — will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any promotional offer — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering with connected accounts, hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or wagering on outcomes with near-certain probability to clear bonus requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. z999 reserves the right to void all affected Wagers and Balances and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
8.2 z999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, z999 may immediately suspend Account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is final and binding.
9.1 Termination by You. You may close your z999 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
9.2 Termination by z999. z999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
9.3 Where an Account is closed by z999 due to a breach of these Terms, z999 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the withheld Balance may be forfeited.
9.4 z999's right to suspend or terminate Accounts is in addition to, and does not limit, any other rights or remedies available to z999 under these Terms or applicable law.
10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface designs, text, logos, trademarks, and data — is the property of z999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content.
10.3 You must not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of z999. Violation of this clause may result in Account termination and legal action.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. z999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z999 shall not be liable for:

11.4 You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent financial risk and that z999 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any Wager placed through the Platform.
12.1 z999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
12.2 z999 may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by z999's compliance obligations. z999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by z999, subject to z999's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain data for defined periods.
13.1 z999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and we have a duty to minimise the harm this can cause.

14.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at z999.bet/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are revised.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z999.bet holds its international gaming license.
15.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you must first contact z999 support at [email protected] to seek resolution through z999's internal complaints procedure. z999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through z999's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by z999's gaming license authority. 15.4 You and z999 agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and both parties irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.
